YaPro is a Ukrainian team that has been automating marketplace product businesses for 9 years. In effect we’re your PIM and PXM — product information and experience management, delivered as a service. We don’t sell access to software — we take your routine onto ourselves.

Why YaPro exists at all.

I’m not a consultant who “read about” e-commerce. I built my own online store from a 1,650 UAH starter pack on Prom.ua — and grew it to 80,000 products and 200,000+ orders, investing over ₴1.17M in Google Ads. When volume outgrew manual work, I automated everything myself: prices, stock, orders, ads, calls. That automation grew into YaPro.

So we deliberately don’t build “yet another dashboard”. You message your manager on Telegram in plain words — and get the result. That is our product.
